All units of the snowmaking system equipped with intelligent controls (snowmakers, pumping stations, cooling towers, etc.) are combined into a network, which is managed by a master station. Data is transferred via two-wire cables, fiberoptic cables or via radio Modems. The managed bus system allows for high data transfer rates between all statuions in the network, while maintaining maximum functional security. The software for the control of the system, DAP (Demac Automatisation Program), as well as the process visualisation software, are customized to meet the system's requirements, enabling optimal, cost-effective and energy-saving operations.
In real time, the system overview casts a precise image of the entire system. The operational status and position of each snowmaker and the stations are displayed, as are the most significant readings.
A detailed representation of the pumping stations allows fast recognition of operating states and possible failures as well as all readings.
Individual graphic screens can be activated for each snowmaker. They show the operating modes in detail and allow all controls through a clearly arranged human machine interface.
